There were small curly hairs (looked like pubic hair) in both bathtubs of the two rooms I rented. The front desk clerk was impolite with me, and when I emailed customer service to report the dirty bathtubs providing pictures as evidence, I received no response.

Bedbugs and the room I stayed in! I have a video of it. I had booked through Airbnb and since I sent Airbnb the video and also showed the manager. The manager did not deny it was a bedbug and Airbnb promptly refunded my money. I cannot leave a Review on Airbnb since I did not end up staying and they refunded my money.September 17, 2025. Went to pull back the sheets because I use my own bedding and here was a bed bug. The room itself was also extremely dirty with hairs on the floors and in the drawers. Surfaces had not been cleaned

Don’t waste your time booking online. It’s a scam that they run. I’ve been waiting on refund for 2 months. All they can say is that there team is working on it. Talked to 3 supervisor who personally said they were handling it and still the same outcome. These people lied about the rooms and ever else. They don’t even deserve a star

The police were hanging out in the parking lot, intimidating customers and blocking the parking lot by just sitting in their cars doing nothing, just intimidation. The owner basically wanted us to leave at 845 a.m, I told her we are checking out at 11. The room was decent but nothing special. It's a motel

One of the microwaves didn't work. Called the office and it was taken care of. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. There should never be carpet in hotel rooms. It's always dirty. Our stay was very nice. We would stay here again.
