Terrible experience , I have used superior pools for almost five years. The past two years have been a complete nightmare . When I went to open up my pool last year, I caught on camera the employees of superior pools dumping the debris from the cover into the pool. I was informed to fill it up and they could get it back blue, After filling it up the 1st time last year it stayed green for 4 weeks. I finally confronted them and asked them what needed to be done because after a month of paying and them continuously screwing up they still charged me 800 dollars for opening my pool. I had to drain the pool all the way again, paying to a big water bill to fill it back up. After that they stood on the side of the pool to vacuum it out, after informing the owner he told me that’s how he taught them to vacuum a pool, which anyone with common sense knows your not suppose to stand on the side of the pool. After numerous time of them leaving the water on, we would come home to my back yard flooded paying several expensive water bills. I have been informed by the boss that he thinks it would be best we didn’t do business together anymore because I complain and acted like I had a Attitude when I texted him. As a business owners I know the rights and wrongs of a business, if a customer isn’t happy you def don’t call them making it seem like there the problem !

The company who built my pool is not local. We had an emergency during the freeze in 2023. Scott didn’t know me at all, but he coached us over the phone on how to drain our equipment. We’ve this year needed valve and motorboard replacement. They respond usually within one day. Tyler is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Awesome people, i haven't used their service but i was eating at a restaurant today and i didn't realize the place only took cash, 2 superior pool employees stepped up and offered to pay for my meal for me, thank you so much! That is definitely the type of person i would want working on my property! If this is the caliber of person this company employes then i highly recommend them.
