We love coming to the aquatic center, but this weekend there was a young lady with an ugly attitude and talking to my son ugly. I heard her asking other people if they knew who he was and telling him to get out the hot tub. First of all he was in front of me and I was behind him and when I heard her talk to him like that I told her he was my son. Second if you don’t like interacting with people then find another job. Because the way you talk to people is not it. There is a way to ask people to get out or tell them you need your parents. But the little attitude you had with my 8 year old was uncalled for. Everything else was fine but this young girl’s attitude. I should have made a complaint when I was there but we had to go. Please make sure that the people you have as life guards are not people That look like they hate their job.

We took are youth group from Church here. It is really nice here. Our kids absolutely loved it. And for those who just want to sit and watch there's plenty of benches there was music playing and always lifeguards .

The pool is wonderful, but some of the people are not very pleasant, and the pool hours are wildly inconsistent. Despite the Maps app saying the pool was open, my children and I were turned away with the staff saying the pool was closed. This is not the first time this has happened, and we live over half an hour away - it's also needlessly disappointing to my children. It's a fine place to swim, but make absolutely certain you call first before making the trip to save any potential disappointment.
