What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviewers generally find the water attractions and activities, including a blow-up water park and kayaking, to be a lot of fun, with staff often described as nice. A new company has taken over, bringing in positive changes like a small general store and outdoor showers. However, significant concerns include a severe duck mite issue causing bites and swelling, visible trash in the water and overflowing bins, bird droppings on attractions, and a need for better water treatment and seaweed removal. Signage is also noted as unclear, and non-HOA members are subject to an additional entry fee. Tips for mite prevention include using zinc sunblock and rinsing in the new outdoor showers, while witch hazel was mentioned to help with itching.

We had a blast playing on the water attraction BUT the mites are horrible my kids are covered in bites . The water needs to be treated more better for the price we pay and the seaweed needs to be dragged better. Just don't want my kids to be scared of getting eaten by mites and never wanna come back because we had a blast. Not trying to sound like a Karen just an honest review for you parents with kids , maybe if there is someone with remidies for before u swim that people can share I used witch hazel and it helped with the itching but the swelling has processed to spread. Also the trash was so full from the previous parties just an overflowing mess

I’m new to the area and wanted to take my family out to do something fun. Signage wasn’t very clear. Visible trash in the water and the bird poop on the attraction is unappealing. The staff was nice and it was a beautiful day otherwise. Posting because I wish I knew these things before going.

Great little company has taken over rentals for the marina, they also have a little blow up water park, and small general store with snacks, drinks, and bare essentials (located in the big wooden shed)...so glad this is at the marina now. Lots of fun! The duck mite issue can general be prevented with zinc sublock. They also now have outdoor showers to rinse off in (fully dressed obviously bc they're outside), but so helpful and awesome. Rentals and price list is in attached photo. If you are not a member of the HOA in Spring Creek, you will need to pay separate entry to get into the marina on top of any rental or water park fees.
