What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this pool present a highly polarized experience, with a significant positive shift noted in more recent feedback. Earlier reviews frequently criticized the facility for rude and power-tripping staff, particularly lifeguards, and an overall unfriendly or 'off' atmosphere. Common complaints included overcrowding, strict or unclear rules (e.g., specific wristbands, slide access for children, unannounced swim tests for the deep end), and a perceived lack of cleanliness with bugs and debris in the main pool. Some also noted issues with other patrons disregarding posted rules, unexpected closures, and limited swimming areas. Conversely, a prominent 2024 update enthusiastically praises 'New Management' for a dramatically improved experience. These recent positive reviews highlight amazing management, attentive and personable lifeguards, multiple daily pool checks for discrepancies, and excellent, affordably priced birthday party private rentals. Reviewers also appreciate the separated kids' pool, temperature checks, and the overall affordability and accommodating nature of the facility. Despite some minor inconveniences like hourly breaks or temporary closures due to high temperatures, recent sentiment overwhelmingly recommends the pool as a 'fave place,' indicating a substantial turnaround in service and guest satisfaction.

This pool the people who work here are extremely rude. The patrons or customers families don’t even say hi to one another people just drop their kids off and leave my family and I visited this pool after living here since 2019 and we won’t be back. You cannot swim in the middle pool where the slides are and u have to have a certain colored wrist band which is dumb, then the life guard wouldn’t let my son go down who’s 4. Who’s been down the Hennessey pool slide before nothing different. The lifeguards act like their somebody when their not just a bunch of kids. Who act like they’re somebody bc they have a title. Which if a 400 lb was drowning there’s no way those skinny no muscled kids would pull him out of there. It’s over crowded, the atmosphere is off. I do not like this pool and would rather drive the 1 hour to go the lake and swim by ourselves. U would think on a sat there would be more people but no, this pool sucks. They need more friendly staff, better music, and they need to abide by their signs on the walls of the gates. “ don’t hold your breath” and no cursing or you will be violated the number of adolescents out there cussing and had to be rubbernecking out there when they had the whole pool to be in but had to be right up my ass. Will never go here again.

2024 UPDATE** ABSOLUTELY LOOVE THIS POOL!! New Management is amazing and the lifeguards are attentive and very personable! Pool is checked for any discrepancies multiple times daily aaand they have the bext priced and most fun birthday party private rentals EVER! We went about 4 or 5 times a week all summer and had our 5 yr olds birthday party there at the end of august and could not be happier! I absolutely recommend this place! It is our fave place in Enid!!!! Wish it was open year round!!! 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️ 2023 Review: Awesome, affordable & accommodating! Doesn't get much better than that! Only downside is fighting my toddler away from the pool every hr for the 'breaks' but now that I'm aware of them I can plan for them ;) ty Hotspot & kindle fire 'toons' lol! Only 3$ per person to get in for all day & Littles get in free

I normally like coming here on Saturdays to swim and unwind, but I came today (5 July, 2025) and it was closed (It said on Google they were open). Why? 😕

This place is absolutely disgusting, there are bugs everywhere and the people are even more disgusting than the bugs, they don’t give you rules until you break them, they give you a small section of the pool to swim in. They don’t even warn customers that you have to take a swim test, so you go into the pool thinking you can just jump in right, well no wrong, we got yelled at because we didn’t know that we had to take a swim test before getting in the deep end. If i could give it 0 stars I would.

Love the separated kids pool. I appreciate that they check the temperature of the pools. It did suck to get kicked out because it was too hot though... The main pool had a lot of bugs and debris in it... Staff was super nice and took life guarding serious which is much appreciated as a mom of 2 kiddos!
