What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed picture of the establishment. Several guests expressed strong dissatisfaction, highlighting a 'filthy' women's locker room with towels, product residue, hair, and dirty floors. Other significant complaints included inaccurate soaking pool temperatures, a lack of staff monitoring for guest behavior (loud conversations), and no enforcement or mention of pre-soak showers, leading to makeup, fragrance, and street sandals in the waters. Some reviewers felt the company prioritized profit over environmental care and noted a decline from its past quality as a place for self-care and relaxation, also mentioning loud children as a detractor. Conversely, other guests described it positively as a 'nice place' with 'friendly staff,' found it 'pretty clean,' and considered it 'awesome in every way,' with one noting it as their anniversary spot.
Reviews
Shameful. Women’s locker room is filthy. Towels everywhere, lotion or liquid products on benches, hair stuck to shower walls. Dirty floors with scattered tiny rocks. Not one soaking pool was actually at the temperature it had been posted as. Not one employee could be found to do a job of monitoring guests loud and foul conversation, leaving guests to speak up and tell others to please whisper. No showers before soaking? No mention at front desk to do so. So it’s full makeup and fragrance and often street sandals are worn into the waters. Shame. This company is all about making millions. No care for the land and precious water. Gross and sad to see how this has happened as it used to be a great place for self care and relaxation.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Pretty clean. The one down side (not really the resorts fault) kids are very loud and wild made it hard to relax.
