Shop for spas with hot, jet and salt-water options, plus sauna options.
As a retailer, Hot Spring Spas of Eugene sells hot tubs that are designed to maintain user-adjustable water temperatures, typically up to a maximum of 104°F (40°C). They do not operate public pools with fixed, advertised temperatures; the temperature of the 'pool' (hot tub) is set by the individual owner.

These folks have quality people working for them. Once we purchased the hot tub (from their beautiful showroom in Eugene), they kept in contact with us while our construction to accommodate the new hot tub was in place. Delivery went smoothly and their repair people are first class. My husband and I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas of Eugene.
Super happy with this business - I called about a leaking hot tub and they had their repair guy Steve come out a couple days later. Fixed it quickly and for a good price. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Our hot tub is a different brand than Hot Springs, and they were even able to fix it! Very thankful and highly recommend them for your hot tub needs
We purchased a Hot Springs Spa near the end of the year last year to replace an older spa that was failing us. We even got to 'test drive' a couple of them in the showroom - which was incredibly helpful in informing our decision on which one to purchase. The team came in and removed the old spa and installed the new one with no issues. Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful. Overall, we've had a MUCH better experience here than at two other spa dealers in Eugene that we have worked with in the past. Sales, support, and installation have all been great at Hot Springs Spas of Eugene!
I picked up a Jetsetter II LX in January and I am quite impressed with HSS. Their level of care, customer service, and checking in with me to see if I need any help is great. The quality of build of the hot tub, I believe, is 2nd to none. Best of all, due to its controls and salt system, I have added just one tablespoon of chlorine and that is it in 3 months. I am quite busy so I don't need another thing to maintain. Just change the level to what is recommended on the screen and forget it. My best 2 friends have non-salt systems and now know the difference. One is sending his lesser unit back to Jacuzzi to get a salt system (and paying a lot to do it). The jets are the best, especially for my feet and hands. I use all 4 seats every time I use it, each having their own benefit. I am feeling much better over all because of the tub, that is certain.
They were very helpful in making A special order for a new hot tub cover for My older hot tub. They also delivered it to my lake cabin in Florence and took away my old damaged cabin me for a very reasonable Fee. They did this efficiently and professionally.
