Zero stars if I could. They don't take care of noise complaints. When I had someone drop down onto my patio from the 2nd floor, they said it couldn't be corroborated. I made so many noise complaints I lost track. The noise never stopped. The walls and ceiling are thin. The "luxury" construction is shoddy, at best. The kind of people they rent to are not great. People who party, have screaming matches, and litter. Luxury apartments? I think not. The pillar outside of my building was falling apart from the time i moved in and was even worse when i moved out. They do crappy maintenance repairs and then charge an arm and leg and your firstborn for "cleaning and repairs" when you move out. If you value any peace and quiet at all, and if you value your money, DO NOT RENT HERE.

STUDENTS, STAY AWAY! DO NOT RENT HERE!! There are many better options throughout town than here just for the location. If you stay here you will deal with horrible management, and maintenance issues. We put in maintenance requests at move in that either were never fixed, or took months and constant calls to get fixed. They will take your security deposit for damages done prior to move in, and charge for “cleaning” when the apartment was left cleaner than at move in. All this without an official walk out inspection at move out, as we were unable to get in contact with management for a month leading up to our move out date. This is your typical, scummy apartment company. DO NOT RENT!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! they take months to fix maintenance requests and no one is ever in the front office or calls you back. you will also not get your security deposit back. They tried to charge me for carpet stains that were there before I moved in and over charged me for the last month when the lease ended early. You've been warned.

I rented an apartment from MDI (the group that owns The Lodges) in 2020. While there, a class action lawsuit found that MDI fraudulently charged tenants more than we owed. 4 years later, I have received a fraudulent check from MDI. Rather than pay out the settlement money, they closed their account, causing the check to bounce. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY. They advertise their barebones apartments as "luxury" units. Unfortunately, if you're here for school you don't have many choices for decent living accommodations.
