We planned a Birthday party for my granddaughter at the outdoor pool. Weather was not going to cooperate and we were worried. The Rwc let us last minute plan a party there and the party was a success. I am so thankful for the staff at the RWC!! Thank you 😊
While the weight room and pool are nice, as well as some of the lifeguards and land staff, the managers and high ups at this place are far too concerned with money over customer satisfaction. I was given a fair amount of attitude by one young lady in particular because my son was sitting on a basketball. She yelled at my son and was very disrespectful to the both of us.
I have been going to the Regional Wellness Center on Friday mornings for several years now. It is a Senior fitness class and it is free, and we have coffee afterwards. I like the fellow seniors in the class. There are about give or take fifty of us. Bob is the manager and he is nice and friendly and a young man that helps with the class right now. Everyone that has and or is working there has always been nice to me. The Regional Wellness Center has a nice fairly large pool, the young use it a lot, and for older people there is a class called Rusty Nails. There are several gym's, fitness machines. They have several different fitness programs. I am not sure, but I think they are open 24/7. It is right across from the Community College in Estherville, Iowa. The ladies that work there have always been nice to me and they are not after my money.
We enjoy using all the amenities that RWC has to offer. The employees do a very good job at this facility 👍👍
Diffently give this five stars. my nephew is in the picture so it would be wrong of me not too.
