Hot Springs delivered a damaged hot tub while damaging my deck. At this time I requested a refund within 24 hours or compensation for the deck damage and the hot tub fully repaired. IT'S BEEN TWO AND A HALF YEARS and I'm still battling for even my hot tub back with the damages repaired... First service manager, Neil Anderson, had me waiting for a year constantly having to check for an update while he contacted the insurance/ legal department. Then switched over to the second service manager, Brandon, who had my hot tub picked up for repair and talk of in store credit for the deck damage finally! At this point I just wanted it picked up and given a refund like I had been trying for since day one! Brandon was having the hot tub repaired while he contacted upper management to work toward a refund or at the very least in store credit. Now onto the third service manager, Ryan Poock, who called me wondering why my hot tub was even there!!!!!!!!! Explained this last week to him and now was declined any help or compensation in any form and the repairs are still not done! I am now waiting for a call back from a lawyer for legal advice. Dishonest company. SCAMMERS. Please be careful and choose ANY other company other than Hot Spring Spas.

We recently purchased the Grandee with the salt water system and Covana Oasis Hot Tub Cover. What can I say, it's awesome! Which the products should be for top of the line luxury in my opinion. But what I thought was really unique was the service I received from Hot Springs here in Fargo. From the installation to the orientation, I was impressed with their level of efficiency, respect and knowledge. I thought that it would get installed, they would throw you and owners manual and never talk to you again until I need someone. Instead, a gentleman name Skylar immediately set up an orientation to walk me through how everything works and what is needed to maintain in the future. I actually set up a valet service on a monthly basis where Hot Springs comes to my home and helps keep the tub in perfect shape. Everyone seems to have the advice to not get a hot tub because you will only use it for the first couple weeks and it will just sit there. I'm glad I didn't listen to that. My wife and I have been using it more and more as the months go on. I am a believer that if we didn't go with the Grandee and decided on a lower end product we might have lost interest. But when you go with quality, it lasts.

We recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from this location and our sales guy was fantastic. We worked out a great deal, delivery was timely and smooth, and the support from their people after the sale has been great so far. Ask for Dan Hammer, he knows a lot about the tubs and how to take care of them - and he will make sure you are well taken care of too! Part of the purchase was a water care kit, and a couple small but important items were accidentally left out of our bag. He got them ready for us the same day it was discovered. A+ service!

We purchased an air hockey table for my daughters birthday. I called on Monday speaking with Dan. He gave me all the information I needed to purchase the table and coordinated the delivery with my son-in-law on the following Thursday. The table was delivered on time and setup in 15 minutes after delivery! Works great and my daughter was thrilled! Couldn’t be happier with the service and Dan in particular!
