About

Relaxed facility with water slides, a splash pad, a lazy river, a pool and dining.

Specific information regarding pool temperatures or whether the pools are heated is not readily available from official sources. As an outdoor seasonal water park, the water temperature typically fluctuates with ambient summer temperatures, warming naturally under the sun.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The water park elicits a range of feedback. Season pass holders consistently praise it as an 'awesome' and 'great' family-friendly destination, particularly appreciating the kids' area, lazy river, cleanliness, good supervision, and reasonably priced concessions. However, several visitors report negative experiences, citing issues with rude staff, poor communication regarding opening hours and unexpected pool closures, and a lack of transparency or compensation when services are disrupted. Complaints also include the park becoming very crowded, making shaded areas difficult to secure, and a general sentiment that the facility could benefit from updates.

We're season pass holders for a very good reason: this place is awesome! My daughter loves the kids area and I'm a lifelong fan of the lazy river lol clean and well supervised. Concessions are reasonably priced. Good job, Farmington!

I’m really not happy. I understand the water park isn’t open until 11 each day, but we missed that coming in. The cashier charged us and we went on our way to the pool. We got in the lap pool and were hanging out. Well, a really snotty lady came over and asked, “Can I ask what you’re doing?” We told her we were just sitting there and she goes no you can’t be in here right now with swim lessons. You can do the river walk till 10. We were so upset that we went to the cashier and asked for our money back. She said we would have to leave and come back if we still wanted to swim because they don’t open till 11. I get closing the pool during swim lessons. However, kids that weren’t there for swim lessons were in the pool and a kid was going down the slide. That’s also not part of swim lessons. I get not being able to be in the pool. And, I get we were not there during actual hours. What I don’t appreciate is being talked to like that and then the girl going off and looking at us and pointing and laughing with the other girl she was with. That makes me not want to come back. I won’t be back.

We buy a family pass every year. Great place for our family to spend the summer days. Kids love it. We go several times a week including weekends.

10 mins after we arrive they shut the pool down for treatment understandable . But they said it be an hr then 10mins. Then after that they were like we have no idea. I paid full price as I'm from out of town yet they not trying to make it right. I'm now frustrated and wasted my time and money I do not wish for anyone else to waste their time and money since they won't reimburse you. Please find somewhere else to go that's worth it. This was totally not worth it.

Good place to take kids but can become packed due to size of the place. Shaded areas are hard to find so get there super early. Could use an update on the place.
