I was referred to Jeremy, by my real estate agent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same week, which was a huge help during a busy time. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain every bit of detail in depth. We even had a follow up call where he walked me through the entire report, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. Five star experience! As a new pool owner, I was intimidated by the amount of work that would go into opening/maintaining/closing a pool. Jeremy was hired to inspect the pool at the time of purchase and he put my fears to rest. He made it simple to understand and while being extremely thorough he was patient and never condescending. It was a pleasant experience and he continues to be complete resource as questions or mysteries arise. I'm so glad to have hired him and I expect I'll refer him widely to all my friends. If you are new to pool ownership or if you know the kind of five star service you need when assessing a pool's condition and service needs, I highly recommend STL Professional Pool Inspections. I was in need of a pool inspection on short notice. Called around and after running into a few places that couldn't work me in for weeks, one of the big shops recommended I call Jeremy King of STL Pool Inspections. Jeremy had a spot open that worked and I opted for the full inspection package that included pressure testing. Met him at the pool at the scheduled time and he had arrived early and was speaking to the homeowners, asking them questions about the pools history. He spent the next couple of hours going over the pool deck, coping, plumbing features, landscaping and equipment. Culminated with his plugging the jets and drains and pressure testing the system. Throughout the whole inspection Jeremy was friendly, happy to answer questions and efficient. Talking with him, he had spent years in the pool industry working his way up from maintainer to manager. Finally decided to start his own business that focused solely on inspections. I had a great experience with STL Pool Inspections and it gave me a great deal of comfort knowing a thorough inspection of the pool had been completed and deficiencies identified for repair. Use the company with confidence for your pool inspection needs!
