I got to the end of the swimming day what was able to enjoy about 15 or 20 minutes. The ladies were very gracious and kind to not charge me for the full hour!!

Lake Rim Waterpark is one of the best additions to this side of Fayetteville since the Chick-fil-a got here! It’s affordable for all families, just big enough to accommodate a nice local crowd but small enough to not attract tourists. (Wet-n- Wild 👎🏼) They have the perfect set up for younger kids and toddlers, with water slides, sprinklers, and a shallow pool area. They also have an Olympic size pool with marked lanes. They also have separate male and female bathrooms with private showers and changing areas. There is also a family bathroom but I’m not sure if it has showers. The employees at the front window, as well as the snack bar attendants are always super nice and helpful. The lack of a full 5-star rating is due to the bathrooms needing a little more attention throughout the day and the need for some older, less socializing lifeguards. 😉 Overall, Lake Rim Waterpark is a great place to take the family, young and old.

Sold me tickets ($20) as it started to rain and thunder. Not even 20seconds later, taking a 30min weather delay without refund or voucher. Did not have 30mins more with the kids. Was already in line for 30mins. You should consider making some exceptions. Especially for those who never entered the park. Where is the harm in giving a rain check voucher for someone who never entered? Absolutely ridiculous. The staff member that sold the tickets only said no refund then went to fetch a manager, 3 additional staff members came out to meet me only to share turns saying the same thing, "they are really strict in no refunds" even though i didnt enter. And also mentioning they dont control the weather- which is a very poor thing to say to someone that is just calmly asking for a voucher or the $20 back for not being allowed entry.

Amazing spot for the kids. Everything is so well maintained . The staff are polite and keep everything clean while keeping a watchful eye out. The showers and restrooms are great. The snack bar is fantastic and everything is priced fairly. We will definitely be back. This is a very nice addition to Lake Rim Park.
