We were in Springdale for a wedding, and Holiday Inn Express was what the bride and groom recommended. We had a difficult experience there, and we do not recommended this hotel. 1. The first night I was eaten up by bed bugs. There were two beds in the room, so I moved to the other one, which was not as bad. We complained to the hotel staff the next morning. They assured us that they would change all the bedding in both beds. 2. We went sight seeing for the day. When we returned late afternoon to get ready for the wedding, we saw that no one had cleaned, changed bedding, nothing had been done. I called down to see when the maids were coming. I was told that the maids and left for the day and had cleaned our room and changed the bedding. It was obvious that nothing had been cleaned in our room and the bathroom. Nothing had been touched. It was shortly after this that we moved to another room. 3. The television only worked if you held the remote down, pointing it at the bottom of the TV, nearly underneath. A maintenance worker came to fix the problem. He told us that there were three or four televisions with this problem, and he could not do anything to fix it. 4.Additionally, the room had a bad odor. We asked to move to another room, so we were moved to a room with a king bed. This room was some better; however, it had the same bad odor as the first room. 5. When my husband asked the front desk to please adjust the price of the room for the first night, she said she would call us about adjusting the price of the room. She did not call us. They had a good breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room. If we go to Springdale again, we will not stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Stayed here twice. They will NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM. First time they didn’t tell me you had to ask for them to clean your room nor did they have a sign that said that. So a 4 day stay no service. nice. 2nd time I ask for my room to be cleaned daily. Nope. 3 day stay no service. It didn’t get done. Every morning as I walk down there I would see 6 cleaning ladies apparently either they are lying or the front desk is AWFUL. Either way that being said. The place isn’t terrible.

We were so thankful the front desk could get a room ready for us quickly, since we had just stayed all night in the Children’s hospital ER. We were exhausted and just needed sleep! The beds were so comfortable, shower was clean, and water hot. We appreciate the care we received at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fayetteville! The front desk person was a balm to our tired and weary souls.

Handicap accessible really aren't accessible and are located at the farthest end of the hall from the elevator. The night shades did not work. The TV remote only turned the TV on. It didn't change channels or adjust the volume. This is supposedly a newly renovated hotel. It is very clean, though.

My family (sometimes all 9 of us!) have been staying here when there bad weather hits for the past year when we lost our home. The smiles we get at the front desk and breakfast welcoming us back, the upgraded corner room and extra care to make sure elevators will not be shut down in emergency until we (& all disabled guests) are downstairs makes the stress that much easier to cope with. Thank you Vanessa, Ally, and Lauren, for giving us a safe and anxiety-free home away from home for my kids!
