I’d give this 4.5/5 stars. Gorgeous hotel close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small and dark, but beautifully appointed. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff was very nice too! If you eat there, the food is really good but very expensive. Loved the fire pits and overall ambiance.

If you want a hotel that is reasonably priced but feels upscale with a cool vibe, this is your place. The staff are so friendly and genuine. Everyone seems happy to be there. The updates definitely give the rooms a fresh look. The outside patio and lobby/bar/general store are what really sell this place. Coolest vibe, awesome stay.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!! Can’t wait for our next stay! I’m happy I kept looking at Google maps to see if I could find something unique and fun! This boutique hotel is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun, and truly there’s something for everyone. From their sauna, pool, to fire pits, game room, and restaurant bar. The paint colors and decor are chefs kiss👌 Also let’s talk about the room - clean, upgraded, modern and functional - with some much needed nostalgia with the cassette tapes 🥹 I also want to thank the two girls who were working at the general store last night! You both are so kind! 🫶 Thank you so much for the hospitality H.C.M.L.! See ya soon!

This place is amazing! The retro look and vibes are great. This hotel made our trip. We spent the majority of our entire trip on the hotel property. From morning lattes and pastries to afternoon bar and dinner, this place is an experience and more than just a place to stay. The cocktail lounge, patios, and bar are great to hangout. The staff are all super friendly and very professional. The sauna experience was amazing. Everything was so well done and detailed. Will be back!

Minty Fresh

A great hotel to stay at while visiting Flagstaff! The outdoor seating area with a fire pit was a definite highlight—it added a cozy, romantic atmosphere to the experience. Our room was comfortable with nice beds, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. We also ordered a couple of drinks at the bar, and they were excellent—they made a great Old Fashioned. There were lots of games available for kids and families to enjoy, which made the hotel feel fun and family-friendly. The pool looked very nice too, but unfortunately, the weather was too cold for us to try it. Hopefully, we’ll be back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy it next time.
