Needed a company to come look at my hot tub, which was not heating properly. Called and spoke with the office gal who was super friendly. I had a technician scheduled when I got off the phone. The technician showed up on time and was very informative. They explained they needed some parts and would be ordering them when they returned to the office. The parts took a bit to come in, but actually arrived fast than I expected, the tech came back out within a few days of the parts arriving and fixed the problem. I have had no issues since it has been fixed, I also started using the salsa fairy to maintain my spa and love it! I highly recommend both the spa guy and the spa fairy.
We had Thomas out for our vacation home hot tub in March of 2022. The control panel was not working properly. He came out very quickly, which is great when you know that guests will be arriving. He identified the problem and ordered the part. He was very friendly and quick about his business. We did have to wait for the part, but once it finally arrived we were up and running, as good as new. We felt that he was very attentive to our needs.
Asked for call when the tech sent out could not figure out how to open the panel on our in deck hot tub and also asked to get information on the removal of the hot tub in the event the hot tub was non repairable. Tech said he'd have owner call. No call. My husband crawled under our deck removed the panel in about 5 mins time. Months later I receive an emailed invoice for the techs time, who did nothing. Emailed back and asked for call again. No call. This happened again and no call back. Today I received an invoice in the mail, with a note saying they'd received the email and invoice was for what the tech could do. I called and left a message. I love to support small local businesses but when service is not provided and no one has the respect to pick up the phone after multiple requests and talk to the 'client' but they can email and mail a bill for no work done, all respect is lost.
I can tell you. Do not deal with Thomas. He's a hot head, he's disorganized, and he can't stop talking long enough to understand what his customers want. He came over to our home om the 1st to check out where we could put our spa, what needed to be done, etc He then promised that it would be moved and installed as soon as the spa arrived. We never heard from him after that. We had told him that the spa would be delivered on the 15th. On the 10th, still having not heard from him, I texted him to find out what was going on. He didn't respond. On the 12th, I texted him angry and upset and demanded that he talk to me asap to get a cost breakdown and what we were to do. He had said he would send an electrician over as well. Luckily, we got our own. This guy is horrible! He called me screaming at me on the phone tell me, the customer, that I had no right to tell him what to do. I don't even think that he knew what was going on to begin with. If not, he shouldn't have agreed to install it... Deal with him at your own risk
The Spa Guy and the Spa Fairy maintain more than 6 hot tubs for us on a twice a week basis. They keep our spas in great shape, which is no easy task as our spas are at vacation rentals.
