The room was fine, there was a strong smell of mold when the sink was on, very strange, the pool was chilly but still nice. The restaurant was very nice, great food! The chef was a delight! I had the beef tips for app and shrimp etoufee for dinner, both were excellent! My boyfriend had the fries n Bedrock Wings said they were very good. The staff was also very nice. Happy with my decision to stay here.

Our party of 3 young gentlemen stayed the night, one night on a weekday. The experience was — mostly — very good, but we had a few annoyances. Honestly, most everything (especially the pool and hot tub, lobby area, etc) was excellent, clean, well kept etc. So, it’s easier to mention the few issues we did have: — At 10:30~, one of our party members had to walk dripping wet from the pool to ask for 3 towels as there were none in the pool area. When he did so, the staff member said ‘you know, the pool is closed’ — which, like, yeah, no kidding dude! We just realized that, that’s why we want towels, it’s time to leave. — The elevators (both buttons/frames on the ‘residential’ floors and the actual units themselves) could do with some touch ups for sure, they were the most neglected thing in the hotel by far. — No microwave in our room. Not sure if this is standard or ours happened to be missing but it was definitely annoying considering that the restaurant closes at 10pm & we didn’t even check in until 9:30 or so. Honestly I’d be happy to stay here again, it’s one of the nicest hotels in Flint, having stayed in a half dozen of them. The actual place itself, great, the service just wasn’t. We paid too much to be condescended to.

I stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the rooms were extremely clean. We had poolside rooms, which I loved. it was so convenient to watch the kids swim right from our patio. The location is also great, with lots of fast food spots and a nice bar and grill nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent could have not chosen a better place to stay. Very clean rooms and bed linens, fresh hot breakfast buffet, arcade room, restaurant and bar on premises. Highly recommend this location for all your hotel needs and accommodations.
