The therapist who treated me is in violation of Federal Medicare's 8-minute rule which requires the therapist to give 8 minutes of undivided attention/therapy for every 15 minute billable unit. She told me she has to treat as many as 4 clients within a 15 minute unit of time because "insurance doesn't pay enough."

The whole staff is wonderful. The staff will attend to the needs of your therapy one on one and take care of your needs. They are wonderful at getting you well after your surgery. The staff is kind and caring and very considerate of everyone’s different situations. I have been here many times and it has always been nice environment and very productive in recovery. For therapist you can count on to help get you back going, the Athens Encore is the place to go.

I would recommend Encore to anyone needing rehab of any kind. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable . After 8 months of trying to do it on my on with some success, they were able to get me back to a much better life! Thanks to all the staff, you ARE the best!!!

Two of the three front office Ladies are extremely hard to work with. Their I hate my job and don’t want to be here attitude comes through bright and shiny. One has never cracked a smile in 12 weeks. These two Ladies are extremely difficult to work with. If I ever need therapy again it won’t be from here because of them. You have to give one star to be able to post otherwise I would give 0 stars.
