Life guards and staff were all nice and upbeat. Park was great. Not overcrowded so lines were fast to get through. My favorite part was the lazy river. 5 stars

A small water park and for a large family of 7, I wouldn’t go back for the price. We were lucky enough to come for our first time with a birthday party to check it out and our kids were covered. Anyways, the have a small wave pool, it goes off once every 30 mins, kinda a bummer. The lazy river is very large. They have 3 slides that are 42in or higher and then one slide for 48in or higher. My kids spent a lot of time at the slides, the largest slide is one that you slide on your back, all the kids complained it hurt their back. I will say that if you have a toddler, the section is away from everything else which is hard to keep and eye on all kids, thankfully my husband and I were able to split up in two locations. There was plenty of seating, we went on a windy, colder day which could be why we had a seat no matter where we were. The water was very cold but it was a high of 80 degrees that day. The toddler section doesn’t allow older siblings over there, and I am thankful that there is no standing water , it is basically a large splash pad and my 2 year old had a great time. I will say the toddler area is very strict with the rules: have to walk, have to slide on your butt, and no walking across the slide area. Overall, I wouldn’t come back if I had to pay for all 5 kids, I’d just head over to Carowinds for that price. Much more options over there. Food costs around $12 or more. There are no wrist bands for entrance here. Bathrooms are kept nice. There is a max of 2 alcoholic drinks an hour with a max of 4 a day. And you have to stay in the bar to drink it. They have slushies as well that around $7 for a large one. Again, pricey for the overall size of the Waterpark. But if you have one or two kids, it may be a nice day trip. They don’t stay open super late, 7pm. So check the days and times. The safety there was too notch however, all lifeguards did a great job checking and keeping an eye on all things. My 6 year old went down a “big slide” for the first time, and it had 3ft of water at the end and the lifeguard was ready to assist him if need be, they have a long extended floaty device to help him to the side, he didn’t end up needing it , but they are definitely on top of safety here.

Very disappointed in the park I have been going to this place since before it was Neptune Island.... and I was so let down yesterday that I feel like I needed to leave this review. Took my kids for the first time this summer. I was one of the first ones in line to enter as general public, had to wait bc the girl that was sitting there actually did her job and scanned all 4 of my tickets that I PAID for. While the other side just was breezing right by, the younger white guy wasn't checking or scanning anything- who knows how many got in an wasn't paid for. So that was frustrating and not fair to those of us who follow the rules. We got in and found chairs. The areas didn't look put together or cleaned up from the previous day. Trash was on the ground, chairs all twisted an shuffled around. The lazy river had trash floating in it, bugs, and bees/wasp everywhere!! I got stung in the river while floating with my 4 yr old, luckily it was me an not her. We went to get Kona ice and bees/wasp where ALL OVER the syrup dispensers, crawling up in the knobs. I told the young lady in the window an she showed zero concern and just said " yea I know". There was probably 7 or 8+ plus bees swarming, my kids didn't want to fix their kona ice bc of it. The entire time we were there, bees were all around our cups, crawling in our drinks and on our food, swarming around our chairs.. This is a serious problem an needs to be addressed asap. I go to order food. There is two windows and they only had 1 operating. There was probably 6 ppl ahead of me, and behind me. I stood there roughly 20 mins before i was able to order. Took 37 mins to get an order of chicken tenders, FFs, and 1 kids corn dogs w gold fish. There is no shade at all, standing in 108 deg heat index waiting that long to order food is unnecessary. Food wasn't good, chicken had a odd taste, FFs where dry, corn dogs looked an tasted as if they were fried hours ago or in old oil. Their system was down the bulk, if not all day. There was tons of ppl complaining about it. One guy had been waiting over a hour to leave- man had 2 small kids that were cranky and tired with an hour drive home- but he couldn't leave bc he needed to pay for his cabana an all. Across the board the whole visit was a disappointment. They need to do something about the overwhelming bee/wasp problem that is obvious, they need to better MANAGE the very young staff they employ an make sure they're ALL doing their job correctly- whether checking in tickets, after hours clean up, skimming the pool an river, and having enough staff present to meet the demands of the customers in a more timely manner.

First thing not enough seating! Went into the lazy river not enough tubes. I counted twenty two. Had to walk around with the grands. Ordered food and it was a 30 minute wait in line. Only one window open for taking orders. Only two windows for taking orders. With the crowd they have they need more ordering windows. I saw a lot of workers walking around doing nothing. Food was awful. I paid $39and some change for two chicken tender and fries basket and a corn dog and three drinks. I was at the splash pad for small children and saw a child go down the slide when she hit the bottom she bumped her head on the concrete. A life guard just walked by and did nothing to help this child. Her father came to her thank goodness! As many employees that they have everyone should be doing something to make it a better place for people that pay the high price. Not sure I will go back.

The kiddos love it when we go to Neptune's. A small getaway from home.. They have a wave pool, a lazy river, and multiple water slides. They even have a splash pad for smaller kids. You can purchase food and beverages. They also have a bar!!!!
