What are people saying (AI review summary)? This facility receives mixed reviews. Many customers commend the staff for being amazing, accommodating, attentive, and friendly, particularly in handling specific situations and for activities like swim lessons and birthday parties. The pool, including kid areas and diving boards, is generally described as fun. However, significant criticisms include inconsistent water temperatures, with multiple complaints about the hot tub not being hot enough and the main pool being lukewarm or too cold for young children. There are also concerns about staff conduct, including instances of being given a hard time, inattentive lifeguards failing to supervise or assist with injuries, and uncaring remarks. Other issues mentioned are inconsistent operating hours and the pool area being hot and humid for spectators. Despite these negatives, some patrons had a positive experience and expressed a desire to return.

Very amazing and accommodating, to say the least. The staff here helped me out in a bind a few weekends ago due to a weather closure situation, and I couldn't be more grateful! A million thanks! The pool was super cool and refreshing! My daughter, family, and friends all had a super fun time! The kid area, diving board, and swim lanes were all fun! The rooms upstairs are a bit muggy and warm but to be expected indoors. It's always nice to cool off in the pool. All staff and lifeguards on duty were very attentive and friendly! We'll be back!

It's a fine place but the hot tub was not hot enough and the hours are just all over the place! Last time I went the staff gave me and my husband a hard time! Not really sure what was going on that day but we weren't allowed to swim in the deep end! They made us stay in a corner of the kids section! We probably stayed 10 to 15 minutes and left!

Great place to have your little one learn to swim. My daughter has been through multiple skill level classes as a 3 and 4 year old. We have also been for a birthday party and had a great time. They have party rooms for non-swim birthday activities. FYI - if you are going to watch your kid, be sure to dress light. It is HOT and HUMID in the pool area!

Water was barely luke warm in pool and hot tub.The lifeguards didnt noticed I got hurt and walked by us to flirt with an older woman. My fiance got a nice lady to help out and we felt bad but she made a weird remark. "Its not my problem" okay? I definitely dont recommend bringing your kids as they literally dont care here! If they break something, its literally just 'paperwork they dont want to do'. They are NOT watching you or your kids!

The water is way too cold for little ones. Moved to the area from Durango, and this was our first time checking out the indoor neighborhood pool. What a stark contrast between this facility and the City Park pool. With all the taxes the city takes in, why hasn't this building been demolished and an updated modern pool built in its place? One extra star for the lovely receptionist lady up front and helpful lifeguard.
