0000 Star!!! I and my 4 kids got in only to find they are taking a rest, we were waiting in great heat for around 10 minutes and heard the announcement that the pool is closed. We were all dry and didn't get into the water at all....I am asking a refund or reschedule, but the manager threatens me to call police. Can you change your policy to be more humane????

Extremely disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but my visit to this pool was frustrating enough that I have to share. The customer service was shockingly poor — the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times even rude, and the policies just make no sense — super strict with zero flexibility. I came hoping to relax, but just left annoyed. I definitely won’t be returning, and I suggest others think twice before wasting your time or money here.

It's not a place worth going to because it's very dirty, the people are extremely rude, and the service is nonexistent. The attitude is terrible, and there's no such thing as proper management. You're better off going to the brush to swim and have fun.

Life guards need more training recognizing when anyone is in distress. I had to pull a kid out from drowning, while the life guard proceeded to yell at the boy telling him to “go swim where he can handle it” once the boy threw up, all they did was clean it up but not once check on the child. Happened 7/8/25 1:45/2pm

Super cute area for the kids the price is great most of the employees are nice! So much better than the Brush public pool.
