The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. It wasn’t too busy, and all the equipment was in good working order. However, I was disappointed that there was no steam room, and the dry sauna had a noticeable draft—it could definitely use more heat to be effective. Overall, a decent experience but room for improvement in the spa amenities.

Great place to have in Bluffton. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. Clean nice facility. No outdoor pool.

It's a nice place but the temperature in the sauna and whirlpool are never up to temp.

It’s a good gym. Has lots of options. The hours are very weird and don’t give a person options to do things early or late. Would be nice to see a fob system to at least get in and use exercise equipment. Edit: 2025 would like to add that they now offer a 24/7 access system for a little bit more a month. Felt like it was unfair to keep this up without mentioning that.
