What are people saying (AI review summary)? Kingsbury pool is generally praised as an affordable ($3/person) and family-friendly venue, especially suitable for younger children, featuring a waterslide and a baby pool. Many appreciate the flexibility of bringing outside snacks, drinks, and toys, and some have fond, nostalgic memories of the park. However, common drawbacks include its shallow depth (maximum 5ft) preventing diving, and occasional complaints about the water being unpleasantly cold, even in July. Despite these issues, it remains a popular choice for a day out, often highlighted as a nice part of the larger Kingsbury park.

The pool itself is pretty nice but the deepest part is only 5ft. They have a water slide which is ok for what it is but nothing spectacular. Also since the deepest it gets is 5ft there aren't any diving boards. Nice place to take younger children or your family to cool off on a hot day. 3 stars because of the lack of depth and not being able to dive.
I grew up coming to this pool in the summer. A lot has changed since I was last there, but a lot has stayed the same. I took my kids here and they had a blast! It makes for a super cheap day being only $3 a person and you can bring snacks and drinks! You can even bring balls to play with in the water. If you're in the area, stop by for the day! You won't be disappointed!
Kingsbury is a nice place to spend an afternoon. My son had a great time on the waterslide and there's also a free baby pool
Nice park by the river with a nice swimming pool and one for the kids and watch the Little league baseball games out at the diamond. This park has been in Defiance forever! Well all my life! We all use to hangout there when we were kids! Cool park!
I went to the pool with my granddaughter. We went in July and the water was so cold that it was almost miserable. The people in the water were shivering because it was SO cold. It's a really great pool and park but I couldn't even enjoy it because of how cold it was.
