My husband and I had a great experience buying our spa from Energy House! Steve showed us around the showroom, explaining the different spas and their features. He was patient with our questions and helped us narrow down the spa we ended up purchasing. Sandy was so helpful in the next step of bill of sales, scheduling, and assuring us their guys would figure out our wiring situation from a previous spa. And then there was Alex and Francisco who figured out the wiring, delivered the spa, took away the old spa and most importantly, patiently explained how to operate the spa. And even called the next day to help me with the chemicals. Very impressive, start to finish. Oh! And when I had a warranty question, I was told they had already sent in our warranty info! Now that’s service! Every encounter has been friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you Energy House staff for the wonderful experience!

Robert and team have been fantastic to work with while I have researched my options for a new gas fireplace for my home over the last couple of months. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he followed through on placing my orders and following up with me in a timely manner. He coordinated the pickup of the fireplace and supplies directly with my contractor, and my contractor has noted that Robert is great to work with and very responsive. I have had a great experience with Robert and Energy House so far and highly recommend them!

I enjoyed working with Sandy at Energy House. She was welcoming and inviting when I first went to the store to get information about the fireplace insert. She answered She answered every question that I had and even some I didn't know I needed to ask. The whole process was easy the installers came and put in the new gas insert they were professional and neat. I received a rebate in the mail that covered the majority of the cost and we love the coziness of our new insert.

Great place to review a number of spas. Steve was a great help when showing my wife and I around and going over all the various spas in his show room. We finally made the purchase a few days after our visit and once again Steve made that experience very pleasant. Steve arranged the installation which consisted of his crew placing the spa in it's new home as well as setting up wiring , so I could complete the wiring at a later date; was waiting on me to complete the 50 amp sub-panel install. A few days later I completed the sub-panel and applied power. All seemed to be working fine but when the heater turned on , it popped the breaker. I called Steve and explained my situation and he sent out his install crew to take a look at it. After a while , it was finally isolated to the CHEAP spa breaker that I selected and it was defective, no worky...... Well, replaced the 50 amp breaker with a Siemens W0408L1125SPA50 125 Amp 4-Space 8-Circuit Main Lug Outdoor Spa Panel with 50 Amp GFCI and now all is well in Spa Spa Land. I would highly recommend the Energy House because of the initial walk through and definitely on the after the sales support. As the saying goes, Happy Wife, Happy Life! S. Ledak
