Really clean and nice staff. Equipment is maintained. Bad thing is sauna is co-ed and there’s a lot of weird old men. One literally walked into the locker room. That should be protected more. Thankfully everyone was fully clothed, but that should not be happening. They just renovated two new rooms, I don’t understand how there’s not a separate sauna for men and women. This morning there was a weird old man moaning in the sauna and another man shadow boxing??

Great gym, I've been going to the Herndon and pain GB3 for several years now. The facility is always immaculate, the staff take a lot of price in making the place spotless, even vacuuming while you're working out, lol, I appreciate the attention to detail. Very supportive management team and staff is really nice and friendly. There's tons of equipment for every type of workout you want to do, boxing bags , pool, sauna , steam room, this location has it all , right behind the gym there is a hidden trail you should definitely check out 😎

Lots of space, lots of machines. Classes, a pool, sauna, steam room, and a hot tub. No contract, and month to month fee can be frozen at any time! 😀

A huge, amazing, busy gym, packed with every kind/type of exercise equipment imaginable. Clean and well-maintained.

Great gym! I've been to a few gyms in Fresno and this one was nice equipment and spacious with a lot of cardio machines, machines in general, a TRX system, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a bunch of different classes. All included in the gym membership! Its great!
