Like another commenter, we had 30 days of pool service included with our Vineyard Pools build. After the very first meeting with Josh from Pine Ridge Pool Care, I knew we'd be signing up with Pine Ridge. Josh provided the highest level of service. He thoroughly answered all of my new pool owner questions and even helped me label all of my new equipment. Three weeks in, when I asked about a stain developing at our auto filler, Josh explained the cause (metal in our well water). He said he had the exact treatment for it at the shop. I expected they'd just be by the next week but Josh/Pine Ridge sent another pool technician out the very next day. He removed the stain and my pool is looking new again.

Once our pool was completed we had a 30 day trial with Pine Ridge provided by our pool company Vinyard Pools. I must say that Pine Ridge did a phenomenal job with the upkeep of our new pool and chemical balancing, prior to our 30 days my wife and I knew we wanted to start services. Already have family members asking for Pine Ridges contact info cause they can see the great job they do. 10/10 recommend Pine Ridge to anyone looking to start pool care services.

We have been customers of Pine Ridge for a few years now and we love their service. Our pool service technician Brad is absolutely fantastic. Our pool looks amazingly clean and fresh when he is done servicing it. In addition Brad is very knowledgeable on how to care for our salt water pool. Brad is friendly, professional and respectful to our property. I highly recommend Pine Ridge Pool for your pool needs.

We have been using Pine Ridge Pool Service for over 8 years. They are honest, reasonable and very helpful whenever we have issues. I highly recommend them! Big shout out to John.. he is such a nice guy and our pool always looks great!
