Visited The Gym in Oneonta, Alabama last week while in town to see family and got a day pass. This place is impressive! Housed in a former Walmart, it’s spacious with a variety of equipment—free weights, machines, a walking track, swimming pool, and sauna. The facility is spotless, which I really appreciate. Tammy was incredibly friendly, gave me a great tour, and the day pass fee was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area! Highly recommend.

My family has been coming here for a few years now, both for swim team for the kids, and for me to workout. The facility is always clean, the atmosphere uplifting, and staff kind and helpful.

Love this gym but the management and front desk could use improvement. I had a previous contract, for which the payments stopped coming out, which made me assume the contract was up only to be hit with $300+ at once plus a late fee 6 months later. Management couldn’t explain why the payments stopped coming out or what happened and still had to pay them. If the payments would have came out the way they were supposed to, I would know I had a contract for a service I wasn’t using and would have cancelled, but I had to pay 6 months worth of service not even provided. I hope they train their employees and management because they really do offer good classes!

My first gym experience and been going for couple of years because its only a few miles from where I live, I needed the exercise and my insurance paid for it so all around a great deal. I have no complaints and seems to me they have a lot to offer - a children's area, rooms for exercise classes, weight room, a variety of exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor tracks and large Olympic size pool as well a numerous programs and instructors throughout the year.. I find the facility to be very clean with an open like feel about it and always enjoy my visits.

I have been a member here for 3 years for the most part it is a great gym it's clean they have lots of machines and plenty of amenities. But today I asked about using one of their amenities the ice bath a nice gentleman said he'd look into it for me he was very polite then two women one of which was gray haired came out to make sure I wasn't in there and informed me in a loud voice in front of everyone in the pool area (which admittinly was four people) that that amenity was for paid members and then you had to pay extra after you pay to use it as if my membership hasn't been paid on time every time for the last 3 years. For her to insinuate that I don't pay my bills when my membership has been paid on time for 3 years was absolutely disrespectful and humiliating I'll take my business elsewhere Now in fairness I did yell at the little counter girl and i'm sorry for that.
