Great place to spend your summers. Ive spent multiple summers hanging out at big creek pool. It is a great place to hang out for all ages. I live their ice cream cantina, water slide, and pool. They have a kiddy pool area, a water slide, a drop off, diving board, fountains, and the pool itself, as well as an ample amount of tanning chairs for adults. Their staff is very helpful and the facility is kept clean.

I'd like to share my excitement about visiting a public swimming pool. This place truly impressed me! The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the refreshing water and the cozy atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great way to relax and enjoy swimming.

Very nice pool area. Has a large water slide, into 3 feet, a 12 foot with a small slide and board. Plus a decent size 0 depth area.

This pool was great until this year. The pool itself is great. The lifeguards this year are far from it. They choose when and who they want to enforce rules upon. They sit and talk with their friends, rarely looking at the people they are responsible for in the water. When you call them out on it they all come together talking about you, and one even cussed at us. I fear for the safety of those who swim there. We will not be back.

The manager Amanda Ashley told me that children must be within arms reach at all times at the pool just to try and harass me on the low. No ones kids are within arms reach!! After I told her this she got upset and had the life guards (which are terrible and don't even pay attention) harass me. There was broken plastic everywhere around the diving board FOR A WEEK for people to cut their feet on. The slide is dangerous and needs fixed, it keeps cutting kids! Pool would be great if they had better management!!
