Worst water park ever. My daughter was allowed on the slides all day. Lifeguards made comments about not wanting to get into the water to save a little girl under water and then didn’t get into the water. Someone else had to. All of a sudden my daughter wasn’t allowed to wear her life jacket on the slides. But was told she could still go just without a life jacket. When asking the life guard about it by my daughters best friends mom we went to get a raft for her and her dad to go and then the life guard decided my child wasn’t allowed on it at all. All because her ego was hurt that she was asked why she switched rules all of a sudden. When my daughter and her dad came back down the stairs after being told no again and I confronted the lifeguard named Deja she smirked and laughed at the fact that she not only hurt a 5 year olds feelings but embarrassed her. The manager didn’t care that his lifeguards refused to get out and save kids that were under water and used the excuse that they are teens. I’m waiting for this place to be on the news for being sued for wrongful death. 0/10 will never go again. Not to mention it was dirty.

The lobby smelled like a backed up toilet when we walked in, that should’ve been our first sign that we should just leave. We paid our admission fees, only to walk into the water park to find that the kiddie pool and all of the slides were closed. The front desk staff claimed that the lifeguards didn’t tell them, but I have my doubts. They at least issued our party and several others a refund and most, if not all, of us went to the city pool like we should’ve done to start with.

The park itself is wonderful. The water in the lazy river is warm. They have a kid play area for littles. There is a pool in the middle that is colder and you can free swim or play basketball and try to cross the leappads. The four water slides are super fun. If you want to order pizza I suggest doing it an hour before you are hungry especially if they have a party there. They definitely need more ways to cook the pizzas. The hotel next door is closed as well.

It was definitely geared towards younger kids.. only has like 4 waterslides, but they were fun. We had fun playing basketball too.. it was clean and everyone was friendly. I was just kinda hoping for more slides and attractions for teens and adults!

Not the best place to host a party in my opinion. Got here at 12:20 to get started decorating and what not but wasn’t allowed in because it’s only reserved for 12:30 to 3. 10 minutes early is so inconvenient for the employees who were all sitting down on their phones at the front desk. On top of that everyone needs to have a bracelet to get in even if you aren’t swimming. You only get 10 bracelets so if you’re a parent bringing your kid unless you plan on buying a bracelet, god forbid you go sit down in the reserved party room.
