The owner, Richard, is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. He has really helped accelerate all the work I have been doing to my new house. The ability to track water usage in real time and to track on a per hour basis has really helped in tracking down all the leaks I have encountered in my remodel. Thanks for the awesome service!

We called American Leak Detection yesterday 2/8/24 to have them come out and help us locate an underground leak. They scheduled an appointment for 8am, and were here on time. Our technician was Esteban Lopez and he was prompt, professional, and thorough in locating the leak. Will definitely be calling him specifically if we (unfortunately lol) need to use their services in the future, and will be recommending him to everyone.

The service provided by Nicki was exceptional. She was thorough and immediately started finding leaks that no one else could find. She was professional and well trained. We've had lots of contractors, water remediation and plumbers here, Nicki was by far the best.

Service individuals were nice but I would not recommend them. We ended up paying $500 to have them simply spray water at our 4 leaky windows and roof. In the end no true advisement was provided other than it was not the windows. I would recommend calling around to seek a company that is more thorough for this price point.

I’ve recently have been struggling with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom ever since a repair by the city was done on a main water line break. I live in a condo who’s HOA uses American Leak Detection to help detect plumbing issues early on. Let me just say Richard from “ALD” has given such amazing communication, superb customer service and what I would consider “emotional support” throughout the whole process of making sure I was taking the proper steps in order to have an issue resolved that was not caused by something I did. He listened to my complaints, concerns and offered his expertise on the many questions I had. Response time was 100%, communication was 100% and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer was 100%. My issue was resolved in full. I appreciate the professionalism and family like kindness Richard and his company American Leak detection provided to me.
