Came here for my four boys (8-11 years old) to go swimming… they charged me $14.42 for four youth passes instead of $13 for the daily family pass and then they wouldn’t let me sit inside the pool area or even outside in gated area, unless I paid for myself also. I understand that there is a capacity but it wasn’t even close to full the when we went and literally only a few people were sitting outside. It’s honestly ridiculous.. I’ve never had to pay extra for myself before just to sit and supervise my children.
I generally don’t leave bad reviews but their open swim hours during the school year are ridiculous. They are open for two hours at night for families. I have a toddler at home and I can’t even take him swimming during the day? For how expensive the membership is it’s not a very family friendly facility during the day.
One of the unique places with nice and warm water for your kids. BUT THEY TAKE THESE 10-15 minute breaks multiple times in the middle of every session and that's really annoying. They have no good reason for that and I've never seen any pool doing things before. They take everyone out of the pool and make them wait shivering in cold for 10-15 mins before they let everyone back into the pool again. This is so unnecessary and ridiculous. I can't imagine how many people complained about this that made them post the reasons on the walls now which are like "so we can look at the bottom of the pool and you can have time to chat with you family" WT actual F?
Im not a regular im just passing through so i paid for a week. This is a really good rec center. They have EVERYTHING. Im only giving it 4 stars because I went to their easy yoga class and it was very low quality, which makes me wonder about the quality of the other classes. Otherwise great facilities.
Greedy facility. Wants money money money. They should consider envoking new policies that don't punish honest people. No reason people who have never broken policies should pay more for others lack of honesty! Ruined what could have been a nice evening during our visit to this city. Definitely do not recommend this place.
