Replaced my parents Spa system with some system out of California that only lasted 2 years. then he stopped responding to my moms calls and text messages for almost a year until I called him from my phone, which he didn't recognize, indicating that he was still in business. Didn't have a good answer for why he didn't respond to my mom's requests but said he would come out and take a look, which was like pulling teeth to get him out there. He will try to get away with not responding if you let him. Came out twice to try to figure out what was going on and was unable to do it so we had to move on to another company. He admitted to my dad that he's not "certified" and that's why he can't get new parts from the company that he used to replace the parts to begin with. So basicallly $12oo down the drain!!!!!
