What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed but generally positive view of the facility, especially for families. Patrons frequently praise its beautiful park setting, cleanliness, and amenities like a splash area perfect for toddlers, and ample shade. Many found the staff helpful and the atmosphere family-oriented, appreciating features like life jacket rentals. However, significant concerns were raised, including a serious incident where lifeguards allegedly failed to respond to a drowning child, requiring parental intervention. Other criticisms include overly restrictive pool rules (e.g., no splashing), and dangerously hot showers that make it difficult to rinse off children. Despite these drawbacks, many visitors, particularly those with kids, recommend it for recreation and exercise.

The kids loved playing in here. We were able to get out and get exercise while we are locked in after COVID19 scare. This place is beautiful during the winter and summer. I would recommend this place to any visitors, family and friends.
We are visiting from out of town and this was a fabulous day! The splash area was perfect for my 3 year old! (Free) Plenty of shade, pool(4$ for under 16) and beautiful park.
This pool was amazing workers were so nice when we walked in loved it besides on my birthday my brother went down the slide and he couldn't reach and was drowning while the lifeguards did nothing at some point my dad had too jump in and save him
They want you to stand like a no mind in pool can't touch anyone can't splash wth is a pool for? Go to other pools trust me
This was the first time we went with our children. Very nice and clean pool, lots of places to sit and they have tanning chairs if you want. This pool is very family oriented, bigger pool is 3.1ft deep to the middle is 4.1ft deep then back down to 3.1ft to the other side. That's as deep as it goes unless in the water slide area then it's 4'10". There are no diving boards. The staff was very helpful, we accidentally spilled some popcorn and a staff member came over and helped us clean it up. The lifeguards were paying attention at all times. Also if you have a child that doesn't know how to swim yet, the pool rents life jackets for only $1. The only complaint I have is the showers are too hot. I tried to rinse myself and my child off and after about 30 sec I couldn't stand in it any longer. There is no way I could put my child under that and not burn them it needs to be regulated or turned down. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review all the way!
