My wife and I had no intentions of adding a sauna in our household a just a short month and a half ago. I had always wanted one since my family moved to Minnesota from Florida. Not many saunas in Jacksonville Florida back in the 70’s. Cal, the salesman we initially visited with, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I fell in love with the Tylo traditional sauna, beautiful clean lines and glass front. Cal gave us a quote and the dimensions needed to install the unit. Our house is small and the only place we could put the unit would be in our downstairs bathroom. Cal lined me up with their technician, Mark who I sent a video clip to showing measurements and the narrow stairwell too. Mark was unsure if the unit would be able to be used due to the tight space and limited room. A local man was asked to come and determine if we could do this, as we are 2.5 hours from the Bemidji store. It was determined, though tight it would fit, so we pulled the trigger and ordered it. Delivery was scheduled within two weeks, Mark the technician gave me a time he would arrive and was actually 15 minutes early. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the job and began working. The job was, in a word, much more difficult than I could have imagined. Mark worked tirelessly from 11:00 to 5:45 without taking any breaks for even a lunch. Though there were times I believed that the install was not going to be able to be accomplished Mark had both the skill and the patience of Job. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff, and that would include the owner, also Mark who took time out of his schedule to talk to me about the benefits of the sauna though I will have to admit he couldn’t quite sell me on adding a cold plunge tub. Both my wife and I are so pleased with the whole experience and look forward to years of enjoyment going forward. John and Vicki B.

Mark and his crew are top notch. I’ve had my tub for several years and he still reaches out every time he’s in my area. With unmatched customer service they also provide everything I need to keep my hot tub clean and fresh year round; shipped right to my door! It’s my favorite addition to the house.

I highly recommend Mark and his team. The customer service they provide is top notch! From inquiring about hot tub options, to the delivery/install, to ongoing purchase of supplies and questions we have had, they have been excellent to work with.

We have owned an older spa for quite a few years and have admired the Hot Spring Spa's for a long time. Marc G., Mark R., and Mark M. provided outstanding service and support as we upgraded to a 2019 Grandee with the nickle finish. We have been very impressed with the whole team as they guided us through the salt system, water setup, and details around getting the hot tub installed properly. We absolutely love our new hot tub as it is night and day better that our old one! I would not hesitate to work with and deal with the team here in Bemidji, they have been nothing but fantastic.

Recently purchased a high end Hot Tub from Mark and the staff this past fall. It was a great experience in the process of purchasing, it was a great experience on the install, and they had great service when I had questions after the fact. So far I would recommend the brand and for sure the staff at Hotsprings of Northern Minnesota.
