I have been a member for 2 years and love the facility. The 100 mile challenge is great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they do not have membership for seniors with UHC advantage whereas other gyms in town have it. Also, main pool could be a couple degrees warmer. Otherwise, great facility!
My family has been members here for a year now. We really enjoy the facility and most of all the daycare option. Our toddler usually asks to go to daycare every morning. She also loves pool area and the splash pad out side. It’s clean and the staff members are friendly.
Don't waste your money on a yearly membership! We have been members since March and the pool and courts are closed for maintenance or special events more than they are open. They don't care about their members, they only care about money. Also when we signed up they did not tell us that every Tuesday and Thursday the pool would be closed from 4-6 PM for swim lessons. So for us that's automatically 2 days we can't go because of our schedule. The rock wall isn't included in the membership pricing so that's extra too. Do not use the shower facilities! They are absolutely disgusting. They ever clean them properly, floors are slimy, walls are black, and for 2 weeks there was a piece of chewed gum on a soap dispenser that no one bothered to clean up. Don't get suckered like we did, if you want a more affordable and cleaner place and can drive to Piegon Forge, the community center is so nice and very cheap less than $300 for our family of 7 for the entire year. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, workout equipment, bowling, and so much more. It's worth a tour.
Don’t bother. It’s a nice facility but way understaffed to do anything. We’ve brought our son 5 or 6 times to the pool now and the slides and diving board are never open. My wife wanted to do a fitness class.. sure enough that was cancelled. Maybe one day they will figure out how to staff the place
The price is reasonable, staff seems nice. Only issue is trying to pinpoint down scheduling about pool and rock climbing. Will always recommend this place over national fitness center. Also love that the landing has community events!
