Great pool hasn’t been super busy the times that I’ve gone. It’s cheap to get in and they do have concessions but it’s cash only. They have lifeguards on duty the whole time.

The people that work in the little shop where you get drinks and snacks are above and beyond friendly and courteous and I have to say that they maintain an upkeep. This establishment extremely well and I just pray that they continue to be able to serve our community because they are outstanding employees

I'm disappointed to report that my visit to the public pool in Newport City Park was marred by an unexpected admission fee. As a taxpayer, I expect public facilities like this to be accessible without additional charges. The pool itself was decent, but the fee felt like a barrier to enjoying a facility that's supposed to be for the community. I hope the city reconsiders their approach to funding public pools to make them more inclusive and accessible.

We love the pool. Bathrooms are clean and the pool is always clean. Staff is nice. The only thing is you gotta get there early for a chair or bring your own.

An amazing price for swimming at $3! Even when the parking lot looks full the pool rarely is so come on down on a hot day and come grab a swim! (BUT MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH BECAUSE THE ADMISSION AND FOOD IS CASH ONLY!)
