I am so glad we found this place! We rented the jet ski for 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and explained everything clearly. They even allowed us time to get changed etc. and didn’t start our 2 hours until we were on the jet ski and leaving. The lake is gorgeous, we stopped to get off and take a quick swim, which felt amazing. Everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful and showed us some good spots to go to. I will definitely be back to rent again, and will recommend them to anyone!!

We rented a boat for 4 days and had such a great time, we decided to extend it another day. We rented a pontoon boat and inner tube. The video was informative and a boating expert also walked us through the boat and showed us how to control it. The boat came with a map and a paddle which was helpful for docking. The boat did not have navigation but we used google maps and that worked just fine. Some of the adult life vests were a bit snug and most were uncomfortable in the water. Check-in for returning the boat was quick. It took about 20 min for the crew to inspect the boat and refill it with gas. We paid for gas and then were able to leave. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Smoky Mountain H2O! The staff was friendly, went above and beyond, the boat was clean and easy to use, and our day on the water was unforgettable. Highly recommend for a family outing!

Customer service lives!! We came here to rent two paddle boards for our teenagers for a couple hours. My husband and I decided not to go out with them as it was way too hot for us. That gave us an opportunity to watch the team there work with the people who were renting boats. I will say I felt we were treated just as well as the people there spending a lot more money. We watched the ladies and gentlemen on the H2O team treat each Paton with a genuine kindness and were eager to know about the customers and how they came to be in the area, not only that but they shared stories about their own adventures. Mason stoped by to check on us and we were sitting in the shade for two hours watching the girls paddle, we enjoyed hearing about his recent trip and he asked engaging questions about our trip as well. One of the guys even made sure an elderly customer got ahold of his arm as he assisted her down the dock to the boat. I don’t know who runs this place but you’ve picked some amazing, capable and hardworking people to be at your business. That’s not easy to find (I run a small business back home so I know!) Anyway, thanks for a great day, we will be back the next time we’re in the area from Maryland!

Employees were very helpful .. Boat was very clean and well maintained. We rented the 250 hp pontoon, ran great. Had a great day on the lake.. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend H2O.. Very professional, Thanks for making today a great day at the lake.. 5 🌟!!!
