Looks like a nice splash pad from the road and gate. You have to pay to enter. It is important to note, in a post COVID era they ONLY accept cash and coins. I gave it a 2 because the city website states there is an entrance fee but does not state that it is a cash only entrance fee. Also gave it a 2 because there is no perk to being a city resident. City residents still have to pay a fee to enter. The LaGrange splash pad is free.
