Loveeee! Not too big, perfect for all ages. There’s even a kiddie pool. Wave pool was my favorite; don’t forget to bring your floatie! Life jackets are available
Great little water park! Had a lot of fun. I do feel the price is a little high for the things available to do hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The wave pool was fun and so were the slides. You can’t take outside food or drink in but you can get a wristband and go out to the car eat and come back in or they have concessions on site.
First of all an overall, “this place sucks.” Very limited pools. In fact there is only one. The wave pool. It comes on for 4 minutes at a time with 6 minutes in between. No type of boogie boards are allowed in the pool. Only floating tubes which they DO allow you to bring, surprisingly. The two water slides are not rideable because the fiberglass or something are like needles all the way down! We packed a small, I mean SMALL, cooler with snacks and waters. You are NOT allowed to bring ANYTHING in! Including our two Stanley’s with ice water in them. Let’s talk costs. It’s $2 for each person in your vehicle to even enter the park as it’s a STATE Park. Then you pay for the water park itself. That was $89.00 and change for the four of us. I will mention here that there is a sign at the pay window that says No Refunds. I know why now, because people would leave 30 minutes after getting here! There is a concession stand which we bought water at for $2.50 per bottle. So in all we spent right at $100.00 and we were bored after an hour. The staff were very militant as well. You could tell they were jaded from all the complaints about their park I’m sure. All in all, this was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. There is a bigger nicer park in Gulfport which is only about 45 minutes away and only would have been $53 more to go to. Do yourself and your family a favor and skip this park! P.S. one good thing at least was that there wasn’t many people here so crowding wasn’t an issue.
Great for summer outings with family. The waves at the wave pool are better than OWA. You can bring a small cooler for drinks and snacks, which is a plus. Bring your own float and just ask for them to inflate, which is a plus as well.
Great water park for summer fun with the family. It's a short drive from the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Our kids are 3-14 and all enjoyed the smaller kids area.
