I stayed with my daughter and her family at the Oasis Resort. The older children and I were in a child suite, which is a really nice concept. My daughter, her husband and their baby were in a king room. Unfortunately, neither room had cable and this proved to be frustrating when the water park closed due to weather. The AC in the King room was functioning well and the room stayed muggy. Maintenance did come and make adjustments, but it still was not as cool as the other room. The rooms would benefit from additional towels and housekeeping making sure soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were full. The water park deserves 5 stars. The food we ordered from the Oasis Grill was also very good. Every encounter with staff proved to be a positive experience. Hopefully, they can work out the kinks because it truly would be a perfect vacation location with little ones.

We have stayed here many times with and without our children. The water playground is so fun for the little ones & they always have a blast. The only issues I have is that you never know if you’re gonna get a room that has a working AC or not. For the amount you pay to stay there, the AC should definitely be working every time. No one wants to spend the day out in the hot summer sun just to go into their room for some relief from the heat to be met by more heat. Secondly, the fridges never seem to work. They get cool but never cold like a fridge should be. A microwave somewhere on site would be nice too. On our last trip, I called the front desk to ask if they had a microwave anywhere on site for left overs & after being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was hung up on…

As customers that have visited on multiple occasions, we came for one night this trip, and don’t know that we will be returning! Since we were staying for just one night we were letting the kids play at the pool all day to get all the time they could! It was steady but not crowded which was nice! The bartender was great! But as the day came closer to ending, we picked up around 730 to ensure we had enough time to eat dinner and get a sweet treat from the sweet shack which had posted hours as 9 AM - 9 PM! My kids had been asking all day and I let them know we would go after dinner as I thought we’d be able to! However, at 8PM when my kids went running in not only were they turned away an hour early but the girl was rude, highly unprofessional with an attitutude and ugly mouth! I proceeded To get the manager who walked over and seemed like he was going to help and handle the situation but instead he acted like he was making a couple of phone calls arguing with the employee and letting her speak to him very inappropriately especially as a manager! We waited for about 20 minutes in which time i watched countless amounts of customers turned away!! One lady even expressed that she had been waiting over an hour for her door and was told it was being delivered here but now it was locked! Instead of the manager turning the lights back on and handling and running the situation himself as supervisor he went out the back door and left us with no answers or explanations! Very poor service and will no longer be recommending!

Excellent location!!!! We have stayed here 2 times in the past. We were told we could arrive as early as 1 and if our room wasn’t ready we could access the water area. We arrived around 2 and rooms weren’t ready, no big deal. Rooms are supposed to be ready by 4. Mine wasn’t ready till 4:35. Aggravated because I walked into my building and 5-6 workers were standing around talking and not cleaning. We got a kid room with bunk beds, we only had 2 towels for 4 of us. The A/C was awful!!!! My room never got below 75 and got up to 78. We tried to turn it down but it was locked to where adjustments could not be made.

We stayed here the first weekend in August and were very disappointed with the service. We received zero housekeeping services. By 6pm the next day, we still had not received any type of room cleaning or new towels. After 10 calls we finally got someone to pick up the phone so we could request new towels. Hours later still none. Called again and I offered and asked where to pick up my own towels. Was rudely told I could not pick up myself and they could not deliver due to rain. I know this is not the first time it has rained here and if that’s the case a better solution needs to be found. Also that morning there was zero towels available at the pool area until about 3pm that day. Secondly, it’s very obvious that they are short staffed and nearly every worker seemed to hate their job and was very rude. The worker in the snack shack was beyond RUDE both days! The snack shack opens at 9am, I went at 10am and 11am and icee machine was still not frozen. If you open at 9, all products should be available at that time. Character cups for my child were sold out. Food orders were being turned away at 1pm “because they were too behind.” The tv and WiFi don’t work in the rain and apparently neither does housekeeping! The list goes on but I’ll stop here for now… Stayed here before and loved it. The water play area is 5 stars for young kids and is what brings us back each year. We were planning a second trip this year in September but after the poor service we received we are considering spending our money elsewhere.
