I am a new member. The Staff has been very welcoming. I participated in the Aqua aerobic class with Nyla. This was a for sure good time.

The Energy Club is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. It's available 24 hours, so I can go at any time that's convenient for me. The many classes they offer are great, and I especially enjoy the Restorative Yoga class's that Sheryl does, and is great for all ages. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and I love the fact that I can also get a healthy smoothie, bowl, coffee or tea, in a variety of different types and flavors and so good!!! The gym is much bigger than it looks with a sauna, pool, and hot tub. They also have child care if needed. Thank you Energy Club for making me healthier and fit, in my Silver Sneaker years!!! I highly recommend you check it out, there's something for everyone at any age.

Got a day pass, was extremely happy. Weight room has a lot of variety, nautilus equipment was good as well. The crossfit room had lots of variety. Didn't use it but they also have a pool, steam room, and a sauna. Wish I lived locally, I'd 100% get a membership here!

Terrific place. Everyone is friendly, the gym has everything you need and the amenities are awesome. A steam room, sauna and indoor heated pool, racquetball and volleyball rooms! It’s all amazing. One of the best places to have a membership on the coast.

Best Gym on the coast!!! The facility is clean and has so much to offer. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I love the classes they offer (specially the yoga) they truly have something for everyone. They also have a nice little smoothie bar where you can pick up a delicious protein shake after a good workout. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I absolutely love this small town gym :)
