Emma gave a great massage. My favorite part was that she listened to what I needed and adapted the massage to fit my needs. I also like that she was willing to massage a little harder than was comfortable, when she knew it would help me with some issues I was having! I will definitely come back again!

My sweet husband booked me a prenatal massage as a Christmas present. I was able to get in at 37 weeks pregnant and Joy was absolutely amazing. This was my first ever massage and she did a wonderful job at making sure I was 100% comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I love HHH! Joy is a master at massage and she has been helping me for 6 years now. I broke my back during that time and had a spinal fusion over 5 vertebrae. I trust Joy's knowledge and expertise to keep me going and feeling good. I have 5 children so it's important that I stay active and Joy has helped me manage pain issues so that I can. I've been lucky enough to try Watsu massage which is water massage. I've had 5 Watsu sessions and it's incredible! Basically I get to relax in a pool while Joy does a full massage. Her setup creates a wonderful experience that I believe has made it possible to work deeper into some of my muscles and places of atrophy. During Watsu, I wear a swim suit with swim shorts, Joy provides ear plugs, Velcro float pads to keep legs easily afloat, and calming music. It's a truly unique therapeutic service. I was given a gift for the therapy room and I love it! During one hour I sat in the massage chair for 20 minutes, did red light therapy for 20, and sat in the sauna for 20. Amazing! I love using the sauna before my regular massage because it heats up the muscles and allows for a more effective massage. I haven't even touched on the retail store at Harmonious Health and Healing. I love essential oils and Joy carries plant therapy oils which are incredible! She has so many great products and I just love to check out what she offers because she's always finding things to help improve my health. If you are looking for a way to better take care of your health, pamper yourself, or give the best gift ever, you should definitely stop in and check out all the products and services.
