All hotel responses to reviews are the same and they do NOTHING to make it right despite what the response says. Will never use this chain hotel again. I don’t know if all locations are the same but I don’t care to find out. Needed two more towels, only got one because there were “towels in the room already”. Curtain was missing a couple of hooks so it was hanging off one side. The pool was disgusting looking. The tub slants down towards the drain and is very slippery. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, so it gets very steamy while taking a shower. No carpet on the floor which is okay, but it sounded sticky. People hanging out in their cars in the parking lot for hours. Saw a roach in the room in the morning. Paid for two nights, but after all this, wasn’t going to stay for the second night. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Room was awful. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and room was absolutely covered in the smell of cigarettes. Towels and rags that were provided were dirty, there were spots and discoloration on the ones in the bathroom. The wash rags folded and put away at the sink also had spots and one of them had several HAIRS. Fridge smells like something died in it. I opened it to put away some leftovers and immediately had to close it because the smell of spoiled seafood filled the room. Microwave looks like someone set it on fire and would be a hazard to use the entire inside is gray and black as if it's been singed. If I hadn't booked the room for a discounted rate on a third party site I'd have demanded a refund and left. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here if ever the decision came up again.

Don’t believe the online reviews that rate this 4.9 on google. They’re all fake. We requested a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. The towels were dirty. When we requested fresh ones we were told we would have to bring ours back to the front desk before they would give us fresh ones. There’s no toiletries, hair dryer, coffee maker, alarm clock, ironing board, or iron. The online reviews lead me to believe this would be a decent hotel to bring my family on a quick trip. It’s not. This is a just a gross little motel.

This is the worst hotel. I would not recommend at all. There is no hot water, they can't give you any extra towels and are very rude. They also charge you a 50 pet deposit even if you don't have any pets . There are other budget friendly hotels that are much better than this . Sleeping in your vehicle would be a better alternative than staying here. I will also be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau and also on all social media. They shouldn't be able to treat customers like this. The one in Port Allen, Louisiana isn't bad but this one should be shut down for fraud and ripping off customers.

After a month's long stay, we walked the room together and agreed the room was in great condition and I would get my $50 deposit back. They printed my receipt, and I thought the $50 hit my account but the same day, they actually processed the payment without warning or reasoning. After the extra fees tacked on during my stay, the first time being a random $24, they couldn't explain it.. then they, 3 days before my checkout date, say that it's $50 per pet per week when I had been there three weeks with two cats and no issues. Then they kept tacking on fees. I will be suing in small claims if possible to get beck the extra fees and anything extra for the stress caused on my cats as well as myself.
