Overall great rental experience. Easy to reserve and get going. Check in smooth. Watercraft well maintained. Grayson was an awesome deckhand. Loved the lake too.

Great place to try out water activities. We rented a waverunner for 2 for an hour. They were very responsive when we needed to rebook, and the check in and instruction process was smooth, professional, and friendly. The only thing to note is you should budget more money than you think: you need to pay to enter the park, refill the gas, and tip your dock assistant, on top of the listed reservation cost.

We went there on 7/15/2025 and used the inflatable thing on the water …we had an amazing time there…the girl who guided us to the place and check on us was amazing she was always being so nice and friendly..I can tell she knows how to give an amazing customer service..thank you so much..sorry I forgot your name but you are in the pic too

My husband and I enjoyed the equipment but compared to other rental experiences this was not worth the price. Probably won’t rent here again. First, the price. You have to pay for the gas, for the entrance fee, for the mandatory insurance, all on top of the rental fee that just didn’t feel worth it in the end. We’ve rented for a better price. Additionally, the staff was not friendly. A smile goes a long way ya know? The gal who received us at the dock after our 30 min jet ski ride was friendly but of course she was we were probably her ticket home early. We had arrived twenty minutes late. But they were open until 7 so we thought they could accommodate us an extra twenty minutes. when asked if we could extend our time for twenty minutes we were first told by the receptionist that all vehicles needed to be in at 5:30 (even though they close at 7) and then at the dock they said they need to returned on time in case someone else booked the vehicle (different story) when we returned they had plenty of inventory and the receptionist was cleaning the bathrooms. We are reading between the lines but we definitely didn’t feel like they wanted us there. We take full responsibility for being late, but also imagine they could have made that twenty minutes happen without it hurting too bad.
