Over priced. Residents have to pay for Laundry. Parking is inordinately expensive, so much so that most tenants park elsewhere. Pool and hot tub are closed for maintenance most of the year. Management has improved somewhat since I started my lease, but they still run the office like a lot of amateurs. Protocols for monthly cleaning checks change every month. Most times I tried to visit the office, even during regular operating hours, they were closed, once because the receptionist had locked herself out of the building. My unit had a severe termite infestation. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES; My base rent was $399, but after all the fees they charged which they didn't mention until after I had signed my contract, rent was closer to $500 a month. Ridiculous for a 4 person apartment with one shared bath and no amenities.

The management here runs on dishonesty and carelessness. I've never seen or lived in student apartment complexes with such scam-like behavior. The low reviews on here are for a reason!! The apartments themselves are fine at best, but there is nothing here that makes it worth living here. The kitchen was completely "renovated" while I was living there with 0 notice that that was going to be happening. I came home to a disaster in my tiny kitchen and my stuff moved all over the living room. They will email you 10 times per day with no relevant information and then the next 10 emails will completely contradict the previous ones. Almost all messages start with "URGENT!" but are not urgent in any way and are mostly just begging you to renew your lease. Parking is a disaster, as they promise you permits they will not be able to give you. Management needs to get their act together because this is not okay. P.S. good luck trying to get in contact with them because they have never once answered my phone calls.

Been living at liberty on freedom for a bit now and honestly it’s been pretty solid. Location’s good, close to everything I need in Provo. The place is decent, gym works fine, parking not too bad compared to other places I been. Big thing is the staff, like every time I had a problem they got it fixed pretty quick and they’re chill to talk to. Place ain’t perfect but no apartments really are, I feel like they actually try here which is more than I can say about other spots I lived. Overall I’d say it’s a good spot for student housing, I’d recommend it for sure.”

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The management was severely unresponsive, and the manager was never in office. when I brought up issues with the constant maintenance and turning off the water all the time, I either never heard back or I received a half hearted apology. The after hours maintenance is nonexistent, and I had to climb through my window to get in and out of my house because my door was broken for three days. The renovations are never ending, even though we have been paying for a renovated space for a year now. when I brought up safety concerns to the front office, all they told me was that I should have let them know earlier, even though I let them know that same week. I have had the maintenance team walk into my apartment without knocking multiple times after I brought up the issue with the front office and multiple times while I was changing. The amenities are broken half the time and there are so many hidden fees everywhere. The management never took accountability for any of the issues that I had brought up to them. Their solution instead was to try to kick us out of our apartment. If you want to live in an overpriced construction zone with no respect for privacy or safety or really any respect at all, then you should live here. Otherwise run away.

RUN AWAY!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. the apartment itself is fine but the management is so awful. I wouldn't live here again if it was free. They tried to up the rent in my contract and got mad at me when I wouldn't sign it. They told me my parking was good to go and my car got towed. They told me after that I actually needed to sign up in a different way. They charged my roommates and I $1000 for leaving things that I thought was the apartments (like a broom). They never answer your call or message but send you a literal 5 emails a day asking you to resign. I've never be so excited to move to a new apartment and I was only there for a semester. I know Provo housing is a struggle but I promise there are better places out there. Yes rent is seemingly cheap here but it is dishonest and they are going to find another way to scam you out of your money. They take advantage of college kids. PLEASE DO YOURSLEF A FAVOR AND LIVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
