Water park featuring attractions such as the Avalanche slide and a wave pool, plus a lazy river.
Since Seven Peaks Water Park Provo permanently closed in 2018, there are no current pool temperatures available, as the pools are no longer maintained for public use.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the water park are mixed, with a primary concern being significant overcrowding and long wait times, often reaching 30-40 minutes for popular slides. The wave pool and lazy river are generally enjoyed despite being packed, though the lazy river lacks shade. Staff interactions vary, with some experiences being positive and attentive, while others report curt, disengaged, or even confrontational behavior. Facility issues include inadequate changing rooms (described as just bathrooms) and a kids' area needing updates. While some visitors find the park affordable, particularly with a season pass, others feel the value is diminished by the extensive waiting. Despite these drawbacks, some families return regularly, viewing it as a fun and more affordable alternative to other local parks if visited strategically (e.g., early).

BUSY I guess it is not a bad thing because at least they can stay in business but there were so many people. This made the line long. I timed the slides and they ranged from 40 minutes for the “orange” bowl slide to 8 minutes for the classic five lane race slide. Purple and blue slides were around 20 minutes each. Best ride or at least the most enjoyable ride for me was the Purple slide (for whatever that is worth to you) Actually, the best water activity overall is the wave pool. Super packed but it was still really fun. Should have stayed there instead of sanding in long lines or waiting for a tube. Speaking of tubes. We paid for the tube rentals ($6 a person) and I am an honest person so I will still pay for the rentals but nobody ever checked if we had a wristband. I saw a lot of tube users without one. The food is not too pricey. The changing room is really just a bathroom. The lazy river is great with a good current though no shade. There is a lot of grass areas to leave your stuff at but if you are there for the whole day I would suggest you bring some shade device. The water was clean. The staff was friendly when you spoke with them and they seemed to be really attentive at the pool. So why three stars? The lines and the changing rooms. If you count the slides I was able to get in and add in the wave pool moments it averages out to $4.60 an actually activity. Your mileage may vary
My kids and I love this place. We have been becoming here for the last 7 years every summer instead of Cowabunga Bay and Lagoon. It's more affordable and fun if you go early and get a seasons pass. I'm surprised there's less good reviews but that's ok that makes the place less crowded!
Staff were curt. Lifeguards seemed like they didnt want to be there. Lines have been inconceivably long the two times ive gone, so going on big slides takes 30 minutes or more of standing in a line, shivering from the wind on your wet skin. The two things you can always do are the wave pool and the lazy river, but those still get crowded. I had teenagers splashing me, bumping into me, and having no regard for their surroundings. I hope they had more fun than I did.
We had fun (visiting for the first time). The lazy River was awesome. The slides looked fun. The kids area needed some love. It looked like it might have been updated a couple years ago. Might need a face lift or two. The wave pool was the most disappointing. It made waves for ten minutes and then you had to wait fifteen minutes for them to start again. Seems kind of silly to have to wait so long for waves that only last for so little time. We had fun and won't return to this location. Maybe salt lake has a better one.
Closed a ride 8 minutes before it was supposed to. Me and my friend wanted to ride the orange ride called “free fall” and some lifeguard in yellow that sounded like a girl but might have been a boy after we just wanted to ride the ride one last time threatened to take our season passes even though we didn’t have any. Not even kidding argued for a minute for being 5 seconds late and forced us off the ride leaving us without the rest of our friends. felt totally betrayed and i want my money back. Took an hour to get in because there were only 2 people that were at the front gate. The only part about it that was good was another lifeguard that was super chill named Kai.
