Food was absolutely disgusting. Went for breakfast with family. First off, they serve "cocktails" advertised as such, but they dont have liquor so the Caesars were watered down and undrinkable. Then out of 6 breakfast plates, 3 were completely overcooked. The rest of my family was done eating before I even got my biscuits and gravy. Then it arrived and I couldn't even eat it. The gravy was super runny and tasted like straight flour and water. We absolutely will not go back.

Cool joint... food was good.. service at the bar was great! Nice staff! Love the fresh jalapeños in my burger. Loved the seasoned fries!

We arrived at 10 am and were in the pool area. We saw a woman walk by once in a hoodie who might be the drink person but then thought it was another patron when she just walked by with her hands in her pocket. At 11:15 she went to the other end of the pool to get drink orders so i went over and asked if she would come visit our group of 6. She said she was the only server so she’s trying her best. She made it over and got our group a drink. That was the last we saw her in the two hours we were in the lower pool. We got out and went to the restaurant for lunch. This is where the wheels completely fell off whatever this restaurant is trying to do. Drinks and the pizza for the toddler came out right away. No silverware or napkins though. Went and asked the bartender for napkins and you’d think we asked him for a kidney. Didn’t see the server for a long, long time after this. Eventually the adult’s food came out. Cold chili. Server irritatedly brought a new one but was still not even close to warm. “Bowl” of lukewarm tomato soup was 1/3 filled. Sampler platter had no sauce other than cheese for the pretzels. Plain wings and chicken strips. No server in sight to ask for anything. (The pizza the kids and one adult got looked amazing though. They nailed that.) The rest of the meal was incredibly bad. Our server was so put out when requesting the chili heated up, that we asked another person to get some sauces for the pathetic sampler platter. This was the pool server from earlier and she brought them right over and was actually nice about it. Then the server came over and announced she was the manager and seemed annoyed we had the audacity to complain to the other server. She offered to take the chili off the bill, but said the cooks checked and it was 120 degrees. I pointed out it had been sitting for 15 minutes and the cheese was still rock hard shreds on top of the chili. It’s was not warm and we shouldn’t need to argue about that. No offers for refills the 90 minutes this ordeal in the restaurant took. She even missed a soda on the bill and my daughter pointed that out. Server added it. I’ve been a server in my life, if i ignored a table for 70 minutes, never checked back, and gaslit them about cold chili, i would not add a missing soda. We’ve been to the restaurant several times and it’s been passable, but never great. This was the nail in the coffin. We’ll never be back after using the amazing Broadwater pool. Helena has way too many good food options to beg for mediocre service/food. We were treated like a bother from start to finish. Also, they put chopped tomatoes on their Caesar salad. I’m a die hard tomato hater so maybe this isn’t as big of a deal as I make it. I would have gladly given this review to a real manager if there was any info on the website about how to provide feedback. There is no way a restaurant providing this bad of service and (mostly) poor food quality will survive long term.

Just went here last night (3/19/25) brought wife and kids. Usually we love this place. Last night was different. Came in and didn’t look so busy but ended up waiting 2 hours for our food and appetizer. When it came it was probably the skimpiest meal I’ve seen. “High end”? No. Cheap meals served at a high price. Not even enough on your plate to be charged those prices!

A lot of places skimp on the details, but the fries here were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and their ranch dressing is fantastic. Super friendly staff and the burger/beer was really good too. Its a great spot. I only do these reviews if it was a super good or super bad experience...and its in the super good category for sure.
