Enjoyed a fifth birthday party for a happy little girl. One problem was it was so very, very hot...90 degrees out...so steamy inside...and no fans in sight. And there weren't enough tables and chairs for our large group.

Visited for a birthday party and recently and will definitely be back. The birthday party was affordable and hassle free. Life guards on duty are attentive and friendly and there are also children’s life jackets to borrow if you need one.

Pool is clean and chlorinated, locker rooms are clean as well. Customer service skills could be enhanced.

Had a swimming party for my daughter who was turning 8yrs old. She celebrated with 27 of her friends. With a range of ages 4-9. All was going well until the guy named Mark screamed at the kids for being to loud. At that point in time I wanted to confront him right then and there but I held my composure because of the kids. I felt that was rude and uncalled for to holler at kids the way he did. If you don’t like your job or the sound of kids aggravates you maybe you should get another job dealing with dogs. It’s a lot I really want to say about him but I’m gonna keep it PG. We won’t be using that facility anymore. And Mark. Next time you wanna holler at young kids why don’t you come to the parents and talk to them and let them handle it. That would be the grown up and professional way to handle things. (You Lucky)
