Space is beautiful, we used it for our prom with 300 people. Some details were missed during the event. The ladies bathroom ran out of all paper products two times during the night and each time we had to hunt someone down to refill. We were also disappointed in the sound system there. We were promised it would be plenty loud. It was not, then after finding someone to ask for help, we were told it was on our end because we were using a Mac and Mac’s don’t work well with their system. This detail was not communicated ahead of time when we asked about the system. Also, be aware that the entrance is a shared space with the golf course restaurant and another private event room. We had kids who ended up at a e rehearsal dinner and rehearsal dinner guest, who tried to go to our prom.

We booked the Grand River Room for a wedding rehearsal dinner for 26 guests. It was the perfect size and a beautiful room. The event manager, Sarah, was responsive during the planning process and the staff on the day of the event were attentive. Sarah worked with the chef to accommodate the food allergy needs of our guests. The attendees were very complimentary of the high quality of the appetizers (2), dinner (Salmon & Chicken), and dessert(2). We had a hosted consumption bar service which worked perfectly for our group. Our bar tender was great

The event space is very pretty- especially this time of year! We booked the shore room which opens to a lovely patio overlooking the golf course. Sarah is a delight to work with, and the event staff is friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and well-presented. We ran out of some appetizers, and the event staff was quick to offer up some last-minute alternatives. It is a busy venue with multiple rooms often hosting functions at the same time. My only advice would be to double check some of the smaller details such as signage- inspect what you expect! Overall, very pleased!

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was great. The rooms was beautiful, the organizing flawless, many guests complimented that the food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to help it be a very special night.

Grad party event: Sarah was very accommodating in the planning portion and helped me walk through what would be best for my venue. As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and she was always very responsive. We were able to pick out different food menus and everyone loved the food. We had sliders, potato salad, pretzel bites and wings. The pretzel bites were a huge hit along with the sliders. At one point we had to switch out fruit for veggies with our appetizers because we were going through the food faster than we thought but no one seemed to really notice. Also even though we had only scheduled for a certain amount of food, because we had more people come, they were able to accommodate to that seamlessly. I dealt with Amber on the day of the event and she also was very personable and was on top of everything. If you do decide on this venue if you don’t use their desserts, they will charge a small fee. Also, if using their projector, please note that it will work best with a non MAC computer. We did have a Lenovo that we used for our event along with a HDMI cable. Finally I suggest the room that has both indoor and outdoor seating. People loved our event because it was a nice sunny day. We had a lot of people outside and it was very nice scenery.
