This is a good, bad and ugly review. The Good- Very professional staff and crew, which was very informative, timely, and seemed to do very meticulously work. The Bad- Day after filling the pool, noticed that we had a massive leak, which we didn’t have before. About a half inch every hour. Called and they sent a couple of their crew to access the situation. Tried resealing the pool light and told if it was still leaking, call a leak detection company. Also told that they were on vacation next week but someone would be answering the phone. The Ugly- Called them a couple times that Monday but no answer or returned call from my message. Leak detection company came that Wednesday and found the massive leak was in the deep end drain. Quite possible that the resurfacing created or just compounded a far smaller leak. The really sad and reprehensible thing is that they still haven’t contacted me since for an update but wasted no time cashing my check.

Many thanks to Dawn Julie and Justin Dylan and crew for doing a fabulous job on resurfacing my pool and replacing our skimmer. The work was outstanding and the cleanup was so good I didn’t even know the pool was worked on. Many thanks. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks again guys. 👍

My pool was definitely showing all of its 17 years of age. Leaking and badly in need of rejuvenation. I contacted several companies. One quote was absolutely eye watering, one showed but never returned a quote, even after multiple contacts, some never returned calls. Dawn from Sunset Pools came, and I was sold. Most companies sub out alot of the work. Not so with Sunset. They do it all themselves. Their price was almost half the lrice of the first quote i received. Family owned, the owner is on the job every day. The results, flawless. I love my pool again. I also had pavers and new coping installed. Dawn recommended Brazilian Brick Pavers. Jose and his crew are craftsman. The job was difficult as it is a free-form pool, but the results are just beautiful. Thank you Sunset Pools. Five stars doesn't seem enough.

We are absolutely thrilled with the great resurfacing job that was done on our pool. Excellent customer service with reasonable and fair prices. They now will be our go to for our pool care needs. Sunset Pool Care and Remodeling 100% gets our recommendation! Thank you so much for making our 26 year old pool look fantastic and sparkling blue! And, it only took two days to complete!!! Very happy customer!!

Sunset Pools is a great family owned company. They did an amazing job on my pool resurface project. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and now my pool looks amazing! Customer service was excellent also, always answered questions quickly either by phone or email.
